An italian Public Administration (PA) (after the entry into force of the obligation for the PAs to receive only electronic invoices in a specific XML format for the Public Administration) was looking for a solution to easily manage the reception of FEPAs (electronic invoice for public administration) and the data entry into the ERP.

 

The Public Administration in question receives about 4,000 invoices a year, with widely varying amounts, and also has a large number of suppliers: it has chosen Station as a solution that interfaces with the Interchange System for the receipt of FEPA, for the automatic insertion into the ERP of the data retrieved from the received invoices and to simplify the acceptance or rejection of the invoices.

Station also allows to automatically upload to the portal for the Certification of Credits, the certificates of payment of received invoices.
