The problem
The Arclinea Arredamenti Spa company deals with the production of high quality and incomparable appeal kitchen furniture. This attention to design and the aesthetic aspect of the product must be extended to every aspect of communication with customers and suppliers.
Hence arises the need to restructure the layout of documents to provide a consistent graphic design, while automating the sending and archiving tasks.
The previously adopted solutions, usually coupled with the traditional printing of typographic columning, have proved to be inflexible, not efficient enough and not able to ensure the autonomy of the company and the timeliness of the interventions.
The solution: Sendy
The choice was therefore on Sendy, a product that allows in a few steps to redesign all layouts, respecting the Marketing Department directives.
With a single instrument, moreover, it is possible to control parametrically the archiving and sending through various transmission channels (e.g. by fax, e-mail, traditional mailing), thanks to the integration with the master data of the ERP system adopted (which in the case of Arclinea resides on a IBM System i).
Advantages of the solution
Today, Arclinea is able to automatically send personalized communications but in a massive way, even managing faults and errors.
